Responsibilities
Manage the smooth functioning of the business. Support the operations of this office with our certified resellers and technology partners, from presales to customer support. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documents. Develop projects with strategies, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate between executives, stakeholders and employees. Manage schedules, appointments, and routine correspondence. Handle confidential information and coordinate high-stakes meetings and events. Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Coordinate and supervise personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
