Minorities Escape Human Rights Abuse – Bexley Council’s Racism

At the hands of Bexley Council over the past 5 years, this anonymous mixed-race family has experienced unprecedented levels of human rights abuse. To prevent one of their children from committing suicide numerous times because of this abuse, they have had to take unprecedented steps using the law and publicity. They are exposing Bexley Council for inhumane abuse of minority-race families. To improve the lives of their majority constituents and save their budgets, this council has become so corrupt it has done everything it can to destroy this mixed-race family and prevent them from exposing the truth.

Bexley Council’s Most Inhumane Racism

We have tracked several meetings between the English family, Bexley Children’s Social Care Services, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (Oxleas NHS) and Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy. All agreed to use the mixed-race child to help patients of Oxleas NHS – an English family with multiple mental health issues that was costing them all huge resources. On 06/04/2018 Sarah Robinson of Oxleas NHS was recorded giving the mixed-race child a therapy session “to become independent” and leave their Mum and Dad to go and live with this English family. That same day the mixed-race child cried out to their Mum and Dad several times “I am independent” whilst leaving them to make their new life with this English family.

Bexley Council Candidate MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford

Constituents go to their MP’s when they have experienced significant problems and they have exhausted all other options with nowhere else to turn. On 06/07/2018 Dad went to his MP, pleading for his help. This MP then said, “Tell your wife you have both done what you can, you have worked very hard and this is now in my hands to help your child”. But, just a few months later on 07/09/2018 he aggressively confronted Dad shouting false accusations from the perpetrators saying, “I refuse to believe this is racism, but I may be wrong and your child is no longer living with you because they have not had the treatment they need.” This left the family with nowhere else to turn and one year then passed, the child attempted to commit suicide on several occasions, Mum and Dad defended their child’s rights but still no support.

Bexley Council’s Abuse of Power – (proven by MP)

On 13/09/2019 Dad explained to this MP that his family’s legal action against Bexley Council was delivering good results, but his child was still living in the home that Bexley Council had already formally deemed as unsafe for them to live. This MP said to Dad, “You feel that you have been let down by the council and I share that view”. This MP agreed that he was misled by Bexley Council over a year ago back in 2018. He also agreed that his 1 sole action in May 2019 using Mum and Dad’s legal evidence prevented Bexley Public Services from collaborating. This delivered immediate successful results that we have proudly called “From Pier to Prom”. It is now public record that this MP’s 1 sole action effectively endorsed Mum and Dad’s legal action against Bexley Council, and proved how councils are using minorities to improve the lives of their majority constituents, and to reduce their workload.

Candidate MP proves guilt further

This mixed-race family’s major development – On 21/10/2019 Mum asked this MP to repeat this 1 sole action, but instead of proving how the school must stop negatively influencing her child, Mum asked him to prove this to Bexley Children’s Social Care Services. Although this request was essential to help this child, this MP would not do this. He again turned his back on this family as he did back in 2018. His 1 sole action in May 2019 inadvertently delivered so much remarkable success, but by turning his back again he is preventing this child from living with their Mum and Dad – just to avoid the risk that his entire year of inaction will make him look bad. He very clearly could have prevented this child from considering suicide throughout the year. Mum and Dad filed a complaint against this MP, but instead of defending it showing clear signs of their guilt, this MP used the Metropolitan Police to serve a Prevention of Harassment Letter to Dad. Also, clearly knowing how racist his council is, this MP said, “The name of Bexley Council’s Chief Executive is Jackie Belton, but she will probably also not think this is important, so she will get someone else to deal with it.”

Bexley Council Chief Executive Jackie Belton

On 07/10/2019 Mum and Dad wrote to Jackie Belton saying said, “Having published the facts about Bexley Council’s corruption in our case in 2018, and considering how damaging this content is for Bexley Council, if Bexley Council could disprove any of this, then we would have at least received a request to delete it. Bexley Council has, therefore, no option other than taking ownership of its mistakes and to put right what it has done wrong to our family. I am sure you will understand the more Bexley Council attempts to delay, the more damage this will result for Bexley Council and our family”. Jackie Belton has chosen to ignore this heartwarming cry-for-help and instead turn her back on this mixed-race family, as have all others in this council. Jackie Belton’s lack of any response clearly shows her council’s admission, but instead of taking ownership, it appears she has been advised that her best course of action is to continue turning her back and deal with the flak when it comes to them.

Publicity Frees Mixed-Race Family

This is the world’s first escape for a minority-race family from the clutches of one of the UK’s most racist councils, who have been abusing minorities for many years. This mixed-race family was powerless but they have now taken the necessary legal steps to hold Bexley Council to account. This escape is in real time using publicity against Bexley Council.

Winning Strategy Unveiled

Our vast network fighting Institutional Racism helped with strategy and leverage against Bexley Council. Slowly but surely some of the perpetrators grew a conscience and raised their hands to admit their guilt and expose their colleagues.

Bexley Council hadn’t thought that Mum and Dad would be able to use the law to expose them, and this is because of the huge complexities in cross-department collaboration. However, in 2017 the mixed-race child signed a contract with their family solicitors for them to seek justice in their case. This is exactly what they have been doing behind the scenes as one of the key empowered law firms fighting this case.

Also, Mum and Dad have made no secret that their strategy comes from a vast network of sponsors, and a key strategy was this network’s use of Dad to encourage everyone to think that he was leading this fight. Dad remained the most vocal to encourage the council to solely target him. The council and the English family gave the mixed-race child false messages to humiliate and discredit him: “your Dad is saying this” and “your Dad is saying that” and “it’s horrible having a Dad like yours”. This worked by allowing Mum to remain talking to their child. We are all now very happy to reveal, with a degree in organisational psychology the true lead in this fight is Mum. Mum said, “The irony of my child being allowed to show their love to me but not to Dad, just because everyone thinks that he is leading this fight.”

Quotes

  • Mum: “Ever since I first stepped foot into this country I have experienced racial discrimination towards me and my family. It is getting worse and I just need it to stop.” And, “Racism is growing throughout the western world. I took this fight on against the London establishment knowing it was going to be the fight of my life.”
  • Police Sergeant and front desk officers at XXXXXXX Police Station, “You are certainly not the only family this has happened to.” And, “Your child has a form of Stockholm Syndrome.” And, “Last week we had another identical report to what has happened to your family.”
  • During an emergency, Dad asked Emma Bowers from Bexley Children’s Social Care Services for help for his child. We have a call recording of her being highly aggressive saying words to the effect, “I am responsible for sixty thousand children so I am not coming to help.” Dad then called 999 and after he described his child’s ethnicity, the police operator said, “You had better get out of London then.”

Publishing Notes:

What has happened to this mixed-race family is receiving media coverage and we are expecting many more minority families to come forward and share their experiences. However, because of the very real threat to their life, until this child is safe we are asking the media to not publish who this brave family is. Mum and Dad have given an exclusive to journalist Philip Ingram MBE. Philip is also managing all requests for Mum and Dad’s interviews and TV appearances.
