We have proof and with verified witnesses in XXXXXXXX Police Station, that Bexley Council is exploiting the formative age of minority-race children to save budgets, reduce workloads and better the lives of their English residents. A mixed-race family has worked tirelessly defending their human rights, and this council has done everything it can to destroy their lives and prevent them from exposing the truth. We have tracked this council’s lie after lie to hide mistake after mistake. To prevent one of their children from committing suicide numerous times, we have taken urgent and unprecedented steps using the law and publicity to expose Bexley Council for unprecedented levels of human rights abuse.

Bullying, Victimisation and Corruption – Institutional Racism

In 2001, a mother-to-be from Asia with a degree in psychology, and the father, a well-known technology entrepreneur from London, were sponsored by Bexley Council to settle and start their family and business. Soon after living there they learned how Mum was discriminated against because of the colour of her skin, and when they were together they experienced it even worse as a mixed-race couple.  On many occasions, they were humiliated by this council’s public services, and the father had to pretend he was a single parent as the only way to get help for their children.

In 2014, one of their children started secondary school and they experienced race discrimination to the extreme. They were violently attacked in the first week, and for a further year they were continuously victimised by the teachers who were supposed to be caring for them. These teachers allowed this child to be continuously targeted by the same bully, who was a member of a problematic English family that was well known by the school. But this isn’t all, in 2017 this child tried to start again at another school, but the racial extreme worsened more. The mixed-race parents’ calls-for-help astonishingly resulted in the child being taken away and used to help another English family. This English family’s child was getting into many fights because of a gender transition, so Bexley Council used this mixed-race child to help them.

Bexley Council’s Most Inhumane Racial Discrimination

We have tracked several meetings between Bexley Children’s Social Care Services, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (Oxleas NHS) and Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy school. All agreed to use the mixed-race child to help this English child who is a patient of Oxleas NHS. On 06/04/2018 Sarah Robinson of Oxleas NHS was recorded giving the mixed-race child a therapy session “to become independent” so that would help the English family by living with them. That same day the mixed-race child cried out to their Mum and Dad several times “I am independent” whilst leaving them to go and live with the English family.

This mixed-race family’s first breakthrough – This was too much and this child took clever steps themselves to cope and expose the culprits. Proving their parents’ 5 years of calls-for-help were never looked at by anyone at this council, this child gave their parents’ letter warning about the English family, to the English family, who ironically presented it to Bexley Council and it was acted upon immediately. This English family’s home was then deemed to be unsafe for this child to live, and this led to the downfall of Bexley Council’s conspiracy by giving Mum and Dad the voice they needed.

Worsening Institutional Racism Proven

Examples of how far race discrimination goes in this council:

  • 21/06/2018 Mum and Dad could see their child being taken advantage of so they sent a safeguarding risk warning to all of Bexley Council’s public services. None of these organisations acted on this Mum and Dad’s warning.
  • 29/06/2018 (8 days later) Bexley Children’s Social Care Services conspired with Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy and Oxleas NHS, to formally put Mum and Dad’s child into the English family’s home without any assessments on either home.
  • 25/07/2018 (1 month later) Bexley Children’s Social Care Services produce a Family and Home Assessment Report on the English family’s home, which formally proves Mum and Dad’s safeguarding risk warning is real. Bexley Children’s Social Care Services apologise to Mum and Dad and attempt to extract the child from the English family’s home.
  • 01/08/2018 (7 days later) Bexley Children’s Social Care Services realise the gravity of their mistakes and conspire to conceal their Family and Home Assessment Report on the English family’s home, and formally start their campaign to destroy this mixed-race family by means to avoid accountability for their mistakes.

Mum and Dad’s legal team then asked Bexley Children’s Social Care Services the following questions:

  1. Is it possible that Bexley Children’s Social Care Services have in fact discriminated against this mixed-race family, by making their decisions based on helping the English family, as opposed to considering the human rights of this mixed-race family?

  2. If Mum and Dad were not mixed-race, would their safeguarding risk warning have been acted on immediately, just as it was when the English family presented it? or is it possible that Mum and Dad actually became bad parents towards all of their children, all of a sudden on 01/08/2018?

  3. Did Bexley Council also abuse their power by attempting to also take away this mixed-race family’s youngest child, simply as means to gag the parents?

Irrefutable Compelling Evidence – With diaries all through this ordeal, Mum and Dad recorded, documented and legalised with their solicitors, all communication with staff from Bexley Council’s public services. This has amassed 5 years of their child’s true feelings, and with many thousands of phone calls, meetings, letters and emails, all of which Mum and Dad used the words “please help treat our child”. Verifying everything, they now have clear irrefutable evidence of this council’s race discrimination, proving council staff doing their minimum to keep the child in their workflow, but never having any intent to actually help them.

Inhumane Child Cruelty – This mixed-race child’s mental health solicitors prove that under these circumstances any child will naturally believe what they are being told by whoever has daily access to them, but they will also be questioning their own experiences of their parents with their own logic. The most likely outcome of any child under this much duress, will be a natural and logical reaction to this level of confusion, creating and indeed compounding anxiety, and eventually, cause enough conflict to create voices and hallucinations.

This is exactly what has happened to this child, and immediately following them living with the English family, they also began self-harming with many emergencies involving the police and hospital A&E. This resulted in their many years of 100% immaculate school attendance suddenly dropping astonishingly below acceptable standards.

Landmark Legal Case – Race Discrimination and Institutional Racism

It is becoming more common and especially against minorities, for a council’s public services to collaborate with each other to avoid accountability when mistakes are made. Mum and Dad have taken legal action for race discrimination, professional negligence and incompetence, against all perpetrating organisations from Bexley Council’s public services. They have offered each of these organisations the opportunity of resolving their claims caused by race discrimination privately, using mutually selected ombudsmen, and also offered to pay for all their costs. None has accepted this offer giving clear indication of their guilt:

  • Bexley Children’s Social Care Services. Similarly:
    • Director Jacky Tiotto, Fiona Cisneros, Donna Hillocks, Martin Clement, Jodie Eggleston, Linda Brown, Susan Gallop, Anne Day, Louise Westron.
  • Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (Oxleas NHS). It is common knowledge that the NHS lack specialist training to treat mental health:
    • Clinical Director of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Lesley French, and Ui Peng Khoo, Kate Doherty, Reshad Soobratty, Sarah Robinson, Mariam Miller of Oxleas NHS.
  • First School – Bexleyheath Academy (BA School). Bullying, victimisation and race discrimination. This school has a reputation for doing exactly this to other minority-race pupils.
    • Principal Carl Wakefield, Vice Principal Mark Lewis, D Sweeney.
  • Second School – Haberdashers’ Aske’s Crayford Academy. This school is one of the biggest culprits which has inflicted the most cruelty to this child because of its discrimination against this family.
    • Principal Richard Farrow, Vice Principal Sian Evans and Safeguarding and Welfare Officer J O’Brien.

Richard Farrow “I am sorry we used social services. We pay lots to a company that deals with this and we should have used them.”

Carl Wakefield “Oh, you are actually a good family. I am so sorry we did not think about your family.”

Mark Lewis “Carl Wakefield would apologise but now he has gone we are not going to say sorry.”

Donna Hillocks “You are a minority so you will be treated this way throughout your daily life.”

Criminal Charges

Many of these perpetrators have moved to other councils to distance themselves from this case. Their careers are being tracked and Mum and Dad are considering criminal charges to also be filed against staff at each of these organisations. Crucially, should their child consider committing suicide again and actually do it, then Mum and Dad will have the legal powers needed to take action against them for manslaughter.

Winning Strategy Unveiled

Because of the huge complexities in cross-department collaboration, Bexley Council hadn’t thought that Mum and Dad would be able to use the law to expose them. However, in 2017 the mixed-race child signed a contract with their family solicitors for them to seek justice in their case. This is exactly what they have been doing behind the scenes as one of the key empowered law firms fighting this case.

Our vast network fighting Institutional Racism in Bexley Council has helped with strategy and leverage. Slowly but surely some of the perpetrators have raised their hands to admit their guilt and expose their colleagues.

Also, Mum and Dad have made no secret that their strategy comes from a vast network of sponsors, and a key strategy was this network’s use of Dad to encourage everyone to think that he was leading this fight. Dad remained the most vocal to encourage the council to solely target him. The council and the English family gave the mixed-race child false messages to only humiliate and discredit him: “your Dad is saying this” and “your Dad is saying that” and “it’s horrible having a Dad like yours”. This worked by allowing Mum to remain talking to their child. We are all now very happy to reveal, with a degree in organisational psychology the true lead in this fight is Mum. Mum said, “The irony of my child being allowed to show their love to me but not to Dad, just because everyone thinks that he is their biggest threat.”

  • Police Sergeant and front desk officers at XXXXXXX Police Station, “You are certainly not the only family this has happened to.” And, “Your child has a form of Stockholm Syndrome.” And, “Last week we had another identical report to what has happened to your family.”
  • During an emergency, Dad asked Emma Bowers from Bexley Children’s Social Care Services to help his child. We have a call recording of her being highly aggressive saying words to the effect, “I am responsible for sixty thousand children so I am not coming to help.” Dad then called 999 and after he described his child’s ethnicity, the police operator said, “You had better get out of London then.”
  • Mum, “Ever since I first stepped foot into this country I have experienced racial discrimination towards me and my family. It is getting worse and I just need it to stop.” And, “Racism is growing throughout the western world. I took this fight on against the London establishment knowing it was going to be the fight of my life.”

This is the world’s first publicised escape for a minority-race family from the clutches of one of the UK’s most racially discriminating councils. Clearly, Institutional Racism has finally picked on the wrong minority-race family. Currently anonymous to protect the children, you can follow this family who is becoming known as the family who beat England’s racially discriminating establishment. Mum and Dad have given an exclusive interview to journalist Philip Ingram MBE. Philip is also managing all requests for Mum and Dad’s interviews and TV appearances, and we are expecting many more minority families to come forward and share their experiences.
