Although Viseum was developed to be easily installed, used and maintained, as with all new mainstream technologies, Viseum comes with as much help and support as needed.

Troubleshooting guides are provided as part of your standard documentation, but if you need further help just contact your service provider or Viseum.

Keeping IMCs up to date

News on updates are emailed to the designated Viseum users in each organisation. Viseum's RMS service is always available to help loading, testing and training. Where appropriate, updates can be installed and configured automatically. If you have the Viseum’s RMS Service enabled, updates, where appropriate can be installed and configured automatically.
