As opposed to other activity going on around the whole area, Viseum gave priority to the activity taking place on top of this building where activity was obviously not expected. This evidence lead to the local authorities imposing ASBOs on the main culprits here which they had been trying to achieve following several years using all other crime reduction initiatives.
