The Viseum RMS services are a significant element to the Viseum IMC product range, to ensure that the key human element of CCTV surveillance is optimised to user satisfaction. These services are obligatory for the first 3 years and typically provided over secure 3G networks to give the following key benefits:

Interactive Training and Support

Viseum RMS services enable the Viseum support team to provide first-hand interactive training and support. By seeing what end users see and listening to their local knowledge, each particular Viseum IMC installation is trained to operate automatically as needed to clear up and stamp out crimes in the cameras vicinity.

Surveillance profiles are writhen for specific installations and to operate at different times of the day or week. This provides flexibility of exactly when, where and how each area is prioritised for monitoring expected or unexpected activities. Furthermore, if local knowledge reports any change of crime and anti-social trends, or if any street furniture has been added or taken away, the Viseum IMC detection camera profiles are adjusted to suit.

Ease of Installation and Maintenance

This service provided by the Viseum Technical Support team, offers ease of installation and maintenance so that any preferred CCTV installation company can install Viseum IMC products with no training, and provide ongoing first line maintenance.

  • Installation – fixed contextual view detection camera adjustments are recommended and commissioned to ensure correct coverage is achieved.
  • Maintenance – costly call out charges and down time which affect service are reduced to anabsolute minimum:
    • Immediate and potential hardware problems are dealt with as they occur using Viseum’s automated watchdog software. This automatically reports hardware component status and provides self repair where possible.
    • Software upgrades are uploaded and installed after arranging minimal out of hours downtime.
    • Site maintenance visits are avoided unless absolutely necessary.
